Salment is the brain child after amalgamation between experts in the industry to offer streamlined and tailored services to Insurance Organisations. These services include assessment and salvage on household contents to insurance companies after an incident to their clients.

The value proposition to insurers is to minimize losses of an incident to their clients, whilst protecting the insurers interests. This is done by assessing claims, developing reports and costing recommendations on restoration versus replacement. When required damaged items are removed and taken to stakeholders for further assessment or recycling to reduce impact and maximize returns and in doing so to minimize expense on claims. With experienced assessors, circumstances surrounding the claim can be validated to prevent fraudulent claims.

Our streamlined structure allows quicker service delivery at a warehouse infrastructure with assessor’s main focus being a customer orientated one. These services are primarily in the Gauteng area with the headquarters in Pretoria.

Costing is claim specific with guidelines in place to ensure insurer’s interests are protected whilst keeping their clients pleased with the process followed after a claim.
